The music hall of Algeria … A musical current in the unique flavour arisen from Algiers to Oran in the 50s and who mixes rumba, cha-cha-cha, tango or French variety of time on a bottom of Arabian-Andalusian inheritance. Artists' portraits such Lili Boniche, Salim Halali, Line Monty … Through this music, heritage today shared on both sides of the Mediterranean Sea, the songs of exile, hymn in the love or social columns, the film is also the painting of time, that of past Algeria, plead to speak about reports between music and company.
